General questions
Email [email protected] for site feedback, partnership questions or other general matters. CalcSpan does not publish a phone number or postal address. A reply or response time is not guaranteed.
Calculator corrections
Use the subject “CalcSpan correction” and include the page address, what appears wrong, what you expected and, when possible, a link to an official source. Do not email medical records, government identifiers, account credentials or other sensitive personal data.
Privacy and accessibility
For a privacy request, use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the relevant interaction, such as an emailed calculator request. For an accessibility barrier, use “Accessibility feedback” and include the page, browser or assistive technology involved, and the task you could not complete.
Security reports
Email [email protected] with the subject “CalcSpan security report.” Include reproducible steps, affected URLs and impact. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt availability, use social engineering or publish personal data. Avoid placing active exploit payloads or secrets in the first message; the operator can arrange a safer follow-up if needed.
The machine-readable reporting channel is at /.well-known/security.txt. CalcSpan does not currently operate a bug-bounty program or promise payment, safe-harbor terms or a response deadline.
