CalcSpan is operated by Pivotfrag LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Pivotfrag LLC is the controller of personal data processed for CalcSpan. Email [email protected] or write to Pivotfrag LLC, 1908 Thomes Ave STE 68230, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.

Region and international processing

Pivotfrag LLC is established in Wyoming, United States. CalcSpan is available online to visitors in the United States, the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and elsewhere; it is not a region-specific edition. Hosting, abuse prevention, optional analytics and email providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their own infrastructure and transfer terms.

Pivotfrag LLC has not appointed an EU or UK data-protection representative. Privacy requests may be sent directly to the controller using the contact details above. Mandatory privacy and consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by this notice, and availability of the site by itself is not a statement that every jurisdiction's law applies.

Purposes and legal bases

Where EU, EEA or UK data-protection law applies, optional Google Analytics is based on consent. Site delivery, security telemetry, abuse prevention, service reliability, responding to messages and protecting legal rights are based on Pivotfrag LLC's legitimate interests in operating and securing CalcSpan. Data may also be processed to take an action you request or to comply with a legal obligation. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Calculator work in your browser

Calculator inputs and results are generally processed by the page on your device. CalcSpan does not maintain an account, input database or result database. Calculator field values, entered dates, health details, substance names and result text are not intentionally attached to analytics events.

Actions that deliberately open another provider—such as adding an event to an external calendar—or a tool that clearly discloses a direct official-data lookup are separate. Review the destination and generated contents before continuing.

Optional analytics and consent

Google Analytics is optional. On a first eligible ordinary page, a compact choice bar may be shown once. Until you actively allow analytics, its script is not requested and no optional analytics data is sent. CalcSpan remembers that the bar was shown so it does not follow you from page to page; if you leave it unanswered, analytics remain off and the footer control stays available. Selecting “Allow optional analytics” stores granted in this browser. Selecting “Continue without analytics” stores denied. Every L3 tool, the calculator-request page, Saved, My Spans, Privacy, Contact and Accessibility remain analytics-free even after a grant. CalcSpan does not use Microsoft Clarity or another session-replay service.

When allowed on an eligible ordinary page, Google can receive request information such as IP address, user agent, referrer and page address, plus coarse interaction events. CalcSpan sends advertising storage, advertising user-data and advertising-personalization consent as denied, disables advertising-personalization signals and Google signals in its tag, and excludes calculator fields, search text and result text from custom events. CalcSpan does not use this data for advertising. Processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Withdraw or change your choice

Use Privacy choices at any time. Turning analytics off sends a denied consent signal to the loaded Google tag, clears known first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page so the optional script is not loaded again. You can also clear site data in your browser. Withdrawal does not erase aggregate reports already created; email the controller for questions about provider-side data.

Consent-gated performance metrics

After analytics consent only, CalcSpan uses browser-native performance observers to measure Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) and Interaction to Next Paint (INP). Values are rounded into coarse increments, rated good / needs improvement / poor, and sent through the existing Google tag as calcspan_web_vital events. These events do not add calculator inputs, result text, element text, selectors or a custom URL field. They support 30–90 day performance trend review.

Sensitive tools

Every L3 tool and its matrix or direct-answer variants are analytics-free. They do not load Google Analytics even if you previously allowed optional analytics elsewhere on CalcSpan. This prevents the analytics provider from receiving the sensitive page URL, title or tool context. Search text stays out of URLs and analytics, and L3 discovery clicks do not emit tool identifiers. Sensitive calendar exports also use neutral titles and opaque identifiers by default.

Saved calculators

Choosing “Save calculator” stores the calculator path, public name, category and save time in this browser. It does not include calculator inputs or results, create a reminder or synchronize between devices. The Saved page supports removal and a separate JSON backup and restore.

My Spans local storage

Choosing “Add to My Spans” writes a versioned dated-plan record to local storage in this browser. It is not an account and does not synchronize between devices. You can complete or delete individual plans, clear everything, or export and import a JSON backup. Sensitive plans are stored only after your explicit action.

Calculator requests and Turnstile

If you submit a calculator request, CalcSpan processes the request text, optional email address, submission time, referring CalcSpan path and a derived request identifier to evaluate the idea and optionally follow up. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals needed to prevent abuse; it is a security control and can load on the request page regardless of the optional analytics choice. The token is verified server-side. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access form entries or other page inputs; see its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Accepted requests are sent to [email protected] through the configured Zoho Mail account rather than stored in a separate CalcSpan form database. Do not include personal medical, legal, financial or identifying information. You may ask about or request deletion of your submission at the same address.

Infrastructure and security telemetry

Cloudflare may process basic request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, time and security signals to deliver and protect the site. The site also uses a report-only Content Security Policy. A browser that reports a policy violation can send the violated directive, blocked origin, same-site path, source line and status to CalcSpan. The edge handler removes query strings and fragments and logs only a normalized report; it does not intentionally log calculator inputs or result text. Cloudflare's handling of end-user and customer-log data is described in its privacy policy.

Sharing and exported files

Copying, image saving, calendar export and JSON backup happen only when you choose them. Files are generated on your device, but they can contain the information you selected. Check contents and destination before sharing or uploading them.

Service providers, disclosures and advertising

Pivotfrag LLC uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, Turnstile and edge logging; Google Analytics only after consent on eligible pages; and Zoho Mail for calculator requests and email. These providers process data for the service functions described above and under their own published terms. Data may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a corporate transaction subject to applicable safeguards.

Pivotfrag LLC does not sell personal information collected through CalcSpan, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use it for targeted advertising. CalcSpan has no advertising network, does not use session replay and does not send calculator inputs or result text to analytics.

Retention and deletion

The periods below describe the current setup and provider defaults as of August 30, 2026. Provider defaults can change, and a browser may enforce a shorter period.

• Saved calculators, My Spans, consent choices and other browser-local records remain until you remove them, clear site data or the browser removes storage.
• After consent, Google's first-party _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies have a provider-default expiry of two years, subject to browser limits. The CalcSpan tag does not override that default, and withdrawing consent clears known CalcSpan Analytics cookies.
• The Google Analytics standard-property default retains user-level and event-level data for two months. This setting does not impose the same limit on Google's standard aggregated reports. CalcSpan uses the provider default and does not export Analytics data to a separate long-term warehouse.
• When Cloudflare Workers Logs are stored, Cloudflare's published default is three days on Workers Free and seven days on Workers Paid. Other Cloudflare network, security and Turnstile records follow the applicable Cloudflare service and policy rather than one universal CalcSpan period; CalcSpan does not maintain a separate raw-log archive.
• Calculator-request emails remain in the active Zoho mailbox until Pivotfrag LLC deletes them or responds to an applicable deletion request. Zoho's default clears messages older than 30 days from Trash; deleted data may remain recoverable on Zoho's servers for up to 30 days depending on the account and applicable retention features.

Your choices and requests

You can keep optional analytics off, withdraw a grant, delete local records in the relevant tool, clear browser site data, or avoid submitting a request. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to personal data, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] with enough context to locate the interaction, but do not send sensitive calculator values. You may also contact the privacy or data-protection regulator available in your region.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. If optional data use expands, the consent boundary and notice should be updated before that collection begins.
