Professional License & CEU Tracker
Track accepted and pending CEU, CME, CPE or PDU credits against a user-confirmed reporting deadline and requirement. Sensitive inputs stay in your browser.
The tracker separates accepted and pending credit. Licensing boards and certifiers decide the cycle, eligible activities, category minimums, carryover and reporting method.
Context matters.
- Do not count an activity until the licensing board or certifier accepts it for the correct cycle and category.
- CPE, CME, CEU and PDU labels are not interchangeable; state boards and professional certifiers can impose separate ethics, subject-area, provider and documentation requirements.
- Keep completion certificates and the official online record for audit.
Sources & scope
The calculation guide and this source trail show what the result means, where the rule came from and when it was last reviewed. This is source-and-calculation QA, not a claim of medical, legal, tax or other professional review; time-sensitive decisions still belong with the linked authority.

Track accepted and pending CEU, CME, CPE or PDU credits against a user-confirmed reporting deadline and requirement. The page keeps the calculation scope and its limits beside the result so the output can be checked, copied or revisited.
- Read the record. The calculator uses Credit / profession, Reporting cycle starts, Reporting / renewal deadline, Progress checked on and Credits required and 3 additional fields supplied in the form.
- Apply the scope. It applies the User-entered professional continuing-education planning — licensing board or certifier record controls reference and the explicit date, unit and counting conventions shown in the result.
- Expose the checkpoints. Intermediate rows, warnings and timeline events stay visible; the emphasized row identifies the primary checkpoint when one exists.

Calculation purpose: Track accepted and pending CEU, CME, CPE or PDU credits against a user-confirmed reporting deadline and requirement. This is a high-sensitivity reference output; the linked authority or qualified professional controls the final decision.
Calendar inputs use plain year-month-day semantics. Leap days, month ends, date-pair order and unsupported dates are checked before the result is shown.

What to know before using the result.
Are CEU, CME, CPE and PDU requirements interchangeable?
No. Boards and certifiers define accepted providers, topics, formats, carryover and audit evidence differently.
Do pending credits count as completed?
They are shown separately and do not reduce the accepted-credit gap until the licensing body or certifier accepts them.
Does meeting the credit total renew a license automatically?
No. Fees, applications, attestations, ethics, background checks and other requirements may still apply.
