Your result
Next label gate: Regular cleaning at Aug 22, 2026 at 09:00

The result uses the exact MAPEI technical-data gates or the custom product-label hours entered. Surface defects or off-label curing conditions override elapsed clock time.

Read before relying

Context matters.

  • The U.S. Ultracolor Plus FA sheet says at least 3 hours before foot traffic, at least 24 hours before regular cleaning, and 3 days of protection from rain/freezing or water immersion.
  • Low temperature, high humidity, rain, freezing, absorbent tile and substrate conditions can extend or disrupt curing; CalcSpan does not invent a multiplier.
  • Softness, tackiness, cracking, washout or discoloration needs product-specific troubleshooting before traffic, sealing or wet use.

Questions answered

What to know before using the result.

Can I use the MAPEI preset for another grout?

No. It is tied to the current U.S. Ultracolor Plus FA technical sheet. Choose a custom grout or sealer mode and enter the exact label gates for any other product.

Why are traffic, sealing and wet-use gates separate?

Products can permit light traffic before regular cleaning, sealing, full cure or water immersion. The earliest permission does not unlock every later use.

What if the room is cold or humid?

Do not apply a made-up multiplier. Follow the technical sheet or manufacturer because low temperature, high humidity, rain, freezing and substrate conditions can extend or disrupt cure.
